FPH Teammate Educates PVN Residents

Faith Presbyterian Hospice (FPH) Community Liaison, Morgan Gillis, spent an afternoon with PVN residents to educate them about hospice care. The group discussed resources provided by FPH and how they can ease the worries of those needing end-of-life care. She discussed many of the issues individuals and families face as they navigate hospice services so they can be better prepared for that phase of life.
