Teammate Spotlight: Cailynn Beane

Cailynn Beane is the newest member of the Forefront Living Foundation (FLF) team, joining the organization on April 1. In her role as Stewardship Associate, she assists the team with event planning, stewardship of gifts and communication with FLF donors, board members and advisory council members.

We sat down with this enthusiastic teammate and recent college graduate to get to know her better through a fun question and answer session. Read more about Cailynn below.   

What are you passionate about regarding your professional role?
Professionally, I am passionate about advocating for and serving others. Being part of the FLF team, dedicated to serving families during their most challenging moments, is truly rewarding. I enjoy the opportunity to connect with donors to share the amazing impact their contributions have on the lives of our patients and their loved ones.

What makes you feel proud?
I am most proud of my education at Texas A&M University (TAMU). WHOOP! I graduated in December with a Bachelor of Science in health and a minor in business. TAMU is where I experienced life’s greatest joys and toughest trials, and I am forever grateful for the growth I experienced during my undergrad years. As an Aggie, I had the incredible opportunity to join the greatest network which assisted me in getting my first, post-grad job at Forefront Living!

On the weekend, you can find me:
On the weekend, you can find me in College Station attending Texas A&M athletic events, on the golf course or traveling with my sister and our friends. On Sundays, I attend Family Fellowship Church in Greenville, and enjoy lunch with my parents.

My favorite foods/restaurants include:
My grandmother, Nana, is the best cook and my favorite place to eat is her kitchen. She prepares my favorite meal at Christmas which includes prime rib, twice baked potatoes and bacon-wrapped asparagus. I also enjoy Gringos, Torchy’s Tacos (specifically ordering the queso) or Blue Oak BBQ in New Orleans.

Tell us about your hobbies:
I love traveling, going to country concerts and cheering on the Aggies. My dream vacation is a trip to the Greek Islands, and I hope to make it there someday soon!

Tell us about your family:
I grew up in Commerce, Texas, with my parents, Wanda and Michael and older sister, Chelsey. Chelsey graduated from Texas A&M in 2019, and then moved to Louisiana shortly after. We both share a passion for traveling, and she is always ready for a girl’s trip to New York City!

How would your friends describe you?
My friends would describe me as outgoing and full of life. They can count on me to plan an outing and I will always be on the dance floor! I love concerts at Hurricane Harry’s, in College Station, and karaoke nights. Beyond the fun, they would say I am servant-hearted and try to uplift those around me.
