Introducing Rachel Marquis: FL Director of Construction and Special Projects

We are pleased to announce that Rachel Marquis joined the Forefront Living (FL) team as Director of Construction and Special Projects. She began her work with us in June and is responsible for planning, developing and executing construction projects including adherence to timelines, budgets, quality standards and regulatory requirements. Rachel looks forward to contributing to the successful delivery of special projects using her skills, experience and innovative approaches to ensure each project meets and exceeds its goals.

“I am delighted and honored to have the opportunity to fuel my spark, lean in and create memorable environments for our residents,” shared Rachel.

Rachel brings extensive expertise and an impressive project portfolio in construction development and management to her role. Before joining FL, she held key positions at The Signorelli Company in Houston and Western Securities, Ltd., in Dallas. Her skill set and dedication are valuable assets that will drive projects to completion.

While she is originally from Connecticut, Rachel has loved living in Texas for the past fourteen years. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, staying busy with her two young children and two grown sons. Rachel loves being outdoors, hiking and spending time around a campfire.
