Bella Vida VIPs Connect and Thrive

Social season is in full swing at Bella Vida (BV) and our VIPs are embracing every moment!

Earlier this month, BV VIPs had a fantastic time at the first social gathering for the “Villas Neighborhood.” During the mixer, the BV Sales and Marketing team projected the community map on the big screen, making it easy for everyone to visualize future walks to their neighbor’s home. A highlight of the event took place when Rose Harte, BV Community Ambassador, revealed to two friends that their future homes were just two houses apart on the same street, with an available home in between. Now, these VIPs are on a mission to find a friend to join them and complete their block of Villas!

In addition, as part of an ongoing effort to enrich lives through knowledge and connection, the Bella Vida Thrive Series offers VIPs opportunities to attend engaging seminars, creative classes and practical workshops. The series also aims to help future residents discover new talents while connecting with fellow VIPs in a welcoming environment. The first Thrive session welcomed San Antonio photographer Jim Landers, who led a workshop on photography. One VIP, who recently donated his extensive collection of manual 35mm cameras to Boerne High School, found the session particularly helpful for learning to capture moments with his phone’s camera. Participants left with practical tips to enhance their photography skills. The Thrive Series continues to create a sense of community among future residents. Details are coming soon on the second session of the series, planned for September.
