Corporate Director of Home and Community Based Services Announced

We are excited to welcome Robert Shelton to the Forefront Living (FL) team as Corporate Director of Home and Community Based Services. In this role, Robert will lead Faith Presbyterian Hospice (FPH) and will also oversee Home and Community Based Services initiatives such as Private Duty Home Care Services.

Robert has extensive experience in hospice and healthcare management and played pivotal roles at Custom Care Home Health and Hospice, MatrixCare by ResMed, and Cardinal Health at Home. He successfully managed a multi-branch home health and hospice center, driving significant revenue growth, recruiting top clinical and marketing teams and implementing strategic initiatives that led to notable financial improvements. Robert is known for increasing patient census and expanding sales territories. Robert holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Texas Tech University.

We would also like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Marlene Casco for her outstanding service as the interim Executive Director of FPH. We deeply appreciate her dedication to FPH, our teammates and our patients.

We are pleased to announce that Marlene will be transitioning to the role of Director of Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement for Faith Hospice. She will be responsible for overseeing multidisciplinary quality care and performance improvement activities for the organization.
