The Forefront Living (FL) leadership team met in the private dining room at Presbyterian Village North (PVN) with the board of directors to review the results of their strategic planning session from the previous month. This meeting aimed to chart the organization’s course for the next three years and align all key operational areas.

CEO Tim Mallad opened the session with a welcome and overview, followed by industry trend insights from HJ Sims experts. Steven Ailey and Scott Polzin presented a detailed Key Performance Indicators review, and Barbara Matamoros provided an analysis of the current marketing and sales landscape as Jenelle Bertolino highlighted areas for growth.

The team then revisited FL’s mission, vision and values, analyzed stakeholder feedback and conducted an analysis to identify threats, opportunities, weaknesses and strengths.
