Introducing Jenelle Bertolino – Chief Strategy Officer

We are pleased to announce that Jenelle Bertolino has joined the Forefront Living (FL) team as Chief Strategy Officer. Jenelle will spearhead the development and execution of strategic initiatives to realize FL’s long-term objectives. Her responsibilities encompass strategic planning, business development, market analysis and performance management.

Jenelle brings a wealth of experience in senior living healthcare management and operations to her role. Prior to joining FL, she held key positions at Lifespace Communities in Des Moines, Iowa, and Christian Horizons in St. Louis, Missouri. In these roles, Jenelle successfully implemented new service lines to address patient and resident needs while overseeing management of strategic initiatives targeting growth within senior living communities. This growth encompassed significant campus repositioning, green field development, mergers and acquisitions, as well as joint ventures. She also played a pivotal role in developing innovative care models that enhanced health outcomes and quality of care, while optimizing budgetary and revenue considerations. Additionally, Jenelle led talent management initiatives, nurturing team members to meet the evolving needs of her previous organizations.

Jenelle holds a Master of Business Administration from Benedictine University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Healthcare Management from Southern Illinois University. She is proud of her two daughters, ages 25 and 28, she is excited about her recent move to Texas, marking her first relocation outside the Midwest.
