The Outlook at Windhaven Hosts “Mimosas and Mingle” Event

The Outlook at Windhaven (OAW), Forefront Living’s new retirement community in Plano, hosted a fun and informative “Mimosas and Mingle” mixer for its priority group of future residents on Thursday, April 7. Guests enjoyed a mimosa bar and live crepe stations while snacking on delicious muffins and an array of seasonal fruit at Legacy Hall, Plano’s artisanal food hall. A crowd of approximately 100 OAW VIPs mingled with friends, old and new and listened to a report of exciting updates regarding their future homes.

The OAW teammates relayed impressive sales numbers, informing the group that all 30 cottages and seven of the fourteen floor plans are sold out. Strong sales have ensured that construction will begin this summer. Additionally, the VIP Referral Rewards program proven successful as several $500 prizes were awarded to residents for referring friends who reserved an apartment!

The Outlook at Windhaven is scheduled to open in 2024. Until then, VIPs will continue to enjoy frequent social gatherings and educational meetings. This summer, future residents will head to the Frisco ballpark to cheer on the Roughriders as a group. Learn more about this new community here.
