The Outlook at Windhaven Information Center Takes Its First Appointment

The information center is in the Lakeside Market Shopping Center in Plano and was designed to provide a glimpse into what future residents can expect from the completed community by featuring a show-kitchen and bathroom as well as offices for the sales team.

The Outlook at Windhaven, Forefront Living newest retirement community in Plano, opened its information center on July 27 and scheduled its first appointment on August 23.

A priority member group was formed through outreach and marketing efforts, beginning in January. This exclusive group was among the first to learn important details about The Outlook at Windhaven, such as viewing final floor plans and now having priority access to select their home in the community.

As Priority Members attend their information center appointments, they will have the opportunity to reserve a residence of their choice in the community.

 Once constructed, The Outlook at Windhaven will offer 185 independent living residences, 153 apartment homes with underground parking and 30 cottage homes with two car garages. It will also include 56 suites specifically designed for assisted living and memory care services as well as a clubhouse containing a gym, pool, dining venues, recreation spaces and library all on 18.25 acres. This new campus is expected to be completed in 2024.
